Is it better to wait a bit to buy a single license and wait till they update the program a bit? Or should I buy it now? Can anyone try to convince me that it IS worth buying the 365 version over the single license?Īlso, if anyone is familiar with the 2007 version and has had some experience with the new 2016 version, are they similar looking? As in, will I be able to easily figure out the newer version based on my knowledge of the old version? I have read that the 365 version has a few more perks (that I don't envision myself using) however I don't like the idea of continuously paying for the app even if that means that they will providing updates. I have a few questions though before I purchase it. I have had a chance to use Pages and Keynote but I just prefer microsoft's apps due to long use and my comfort level with the program. I have been using the Microsoft office suite (word, powerpoint mainly) for work (I am a teacher). So I recently bought a new rMBP 2015 to replace my 2008 MacBook that finally lost the battle.
